With over 20 years inside complex global organizations, I bring real-world context to every coaching relationship. I use Hogan Assessments to surface what self-reflection alone rarely uncovers — strengths, blind spots, and the patterns that emerge under pressure. And then we work with what we find, honestly and practically.

Amy Benoit, CHRL is a seasoned HR executive with over 22 years of experience across a variety of industries from M&A to consulting to industrial manufacturing. Amy is more then an HR professional - she is deeply passionate about enabling people, and businesses, to achieve their true potential. Amy holds a MSc. in Global HR from the University of Liverpool, a Diploma in ESG and a Certificate in Risk Management from Corporate Governance Institute. She also holds certificates in Enterprise Risk Management and HR Committee Effectiveness from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She is Certified in Hogan Assessments and leverages this tool to empower personal and team based coaching.
